Technical Expertise
Our technical expertise is expressed in a cutting-edge production department, capable of handling a wide range of processes for Rachel, warp-knit, and non-woven looms. We specialize in processes ranging from 80 to 1,700 thread counts, working with all types of synthetic fibers, including nylon and polyester.
Thanks to a technologically advanced fleet of machines, we process counts ranging from 17 DTEX to 1000 DTEX every day, offering a variety of finishes: from semi-matte and super-matte yarns to lustrous, parallel, stretch, and twisted yarns. This versatility, combined with the ability to produce beams of varying sizes (from 22"/530 to 84"/1000), allows us to meet the specific needs of critical sectors such as automotive, medical, and industrial technical textiles with pinpoint precision.
